Warren Frank has over 30 years of experience in accounting and operations in alternative investment funds with a focus on bankruptcy and distressed assets.

Prior to joining Claims Administration Services, Mr. Frank was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Management Company for Bennett Restructuring Funds, a $1.5 billion hedge fund focused on distressed and bankruptcy-related investments.  He performed these functions from the fund’s inception in 1989 through 2019. 

Previously, Mr. Frank served in various supervisory and accounting functions at both Mabon Nugent & Co. and Oppenheimer & Co.  Mr. Frank received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from SUNY Binghamton and a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College.
